Content Strategy & Ideation * Research and generate creative ideas aligned with brand goals, audience interests, and trends. * Develop monthly content calendars in coordination with the marketing and design team. * Brainstorm creative hooks, scripts, and storylines for video, reels, and posts. 2. Content Production * Write, shoot, and edit engaging short-form and long-form content (reels, videos, blogs, stories). * Collaborate with designers, videographers, and editors to create visually appealing content. * Maintain consistent tone, style, and brand voice across all platforms. 3. Social Media Management * Manage content posting schedules for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. * Track engagement metrics and suggest optimizations for reach, retention, and conversion. * Respond to audience comments and interactions when required. 4. Brand & Campaign Support * Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand collaborations through custom content. * Work closely with the performance team to develop creative for ads (video scripts, thumbnails, captions). * Repurpose content across platforms for maximum visibility. 5.
