We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Videographer to manage and execute daily video shoots for e-commerce catalogue and creative projects. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, creatively driven, and stays ahead of trends, especially in the evolving space of AI in content creation.

Key Responsibilities

?Plan, prioritize, and execute daily video shoots, ensuring delivery of high-quality content under tight deadlines.

?Shoot videos for e-commerce catalogue and creative marketing campaigns, maintaining brand quality and consistency.

?Handle complete setup of camera, lighting, and audio equipment for both studio and location shoots.

?Manage and maintain video production equipment, including tracking, repairs, and inventory.

?Train, mentor, and supervise junior videographers or video assistants.

?Ensure adherence to and periodic updating of brand-specific videography guidelines.

?Leverage AI tools to enhance video production workflows, including AI-based editing, color grading, voiceovers, asset generation, and content organization.

?Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to explore AI-driven content solutions for faster and more scalable video output.

Requirements

?Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

?Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong team collaboration skills.

?Solid understanding of video production workflows and storytelling.

?Hands-on experience with DSLRs, high-end cinema/video cameras, and production equipment.

?Strong understanding of lighting and sound setups.

?Familiarity with AI tools in content creation.

?Open to exploring and adopting new AI-powered techniques for improving shoot productivity and post-production.

?Ability to meet tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail and quality.

?A compelling portfolio or showreel showcasing professional videography work.

?Prior experience in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle videography is a plus.
