We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that captivates learners, enhances our brand, and supports our educational initiatives. As a Videographer & Editor at Careerline Academy, your key responsibilities will include collaborating with the marketing/content team to conceptualize video ideas, write scripts, develop storyboards, and plan shoots. You will shoot video content for various purposes such as courses, promotional campaigns, social media, testimonials, and events. Additionally, you will be in charge of editing raw footage into polished final videos, incorporating music, graphics, animations, captions, and effects as necessary. It is essential to ensure that all videos align with Careerline Academy's brand guidelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a videographer and video editor, along with proficiency in cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording. Advanced knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is required. Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools like After Effects would be advantageous. A strong understanding of composition, color grading, and sound design is essential. The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively within a team is crucial. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are also key traits for this role. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelors degree or diploma in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field, experience in creating educational content or working in EdTech, and basic knowledge of photography and photo editing.
