About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Videographer & Photographer to join our team in Itanagar. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in capturing high-quality videos and photographs, editing content, and delivering compelling visual stories aligned with our brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality videos and photographs for events, campaigns, social media, corporate communication, and other brand initiatives.
• Conceptualize creative ideas for video and photo shoots in collaboration with the marketing/creative team.
• Manage end-to-end production including lighting, sound, framing, and post-production.
• Maintain and manage photography/videography equipment, ensuring everything is in optimal working condition.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in video production, photography, and editing.
• Deliver high-quality content within deadlines while ensuring brand consistency.
• Work on-location as well as in-studio settings.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of professional experience as a videographer and photographer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative videography and photography work.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
• Solid knowledge of camera operations, lighting setups, and sound recording.
• Strong eye for detail, composition, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel and work in dynamic environments as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in drone videography/photography will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Strong understanding of digital and social media content requirements.
