Role Overview: You will be joining AJK College of Arts and Science as a Videographer to create engaging visual content for academic, promotional, and event-related communications. Your role will involve planning and executing various video shoots on campus, editing raw footage into compelling videos, managing multiple projects from concept to delivery, and ensuring brand consistency in all video outputs. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute video shoots including campus tours, faculty/staff interviews, student testimonials, and event coverage - Coordinate with management, faculty, and students for shoot scheduling and script guidance - Set up video equipment, lighting, sound, and framing for professional-quality output - Edit raw footage into engaging videos with music, transitions, captions, and branding elements - Manage multiple video projects under tight deadlines and archive all video content in a structured digital library - Maintain video production gear and recommend upgrades when needed - Assist with live streaming or event coverage to ensure brand consistency in all video outputs Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in DSLR/video cameras, gimbals, lighting, and sound recording equipment - Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) - Knowledge of visual storytelling, shot composition, and creative direction - Ability to direct non-actors comfortably in front of the camera - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Visual Communication, Media Studies, Animation, or related field preferred Additional Company Details: Working at AJK College of Arts and Science offers the benefits of accommodation provided within the campus or nearby, a creative and collaborative work environment, exposure to various academic and cultural projects, and a stable long-term opportunity in a reputed educational institution.
