Video Producer/ Cinematographer & Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit, and deliver engaging video content using strong cinematography techniques and professional video editing for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with creative directors, account managers, and other teams to conceptualize video ideas and visual storytelling approaches.
• Plan and execute video shoots, including cinematography decisions such as framing, camera movement, lighting setups, and audio capture.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos with strong transitions, pacing, storytelling, and polished video editing workflows.
• Ensure consistent visual style, cinematic quality, and high production standards across all video content.
• Handle basic motion graphics, animations, and visual enhancements when required.
• Organize, manage, and archive video footage, cinematography assets, and project files efficiently.
  

Skills & Tools Required

• Strong portfolio showcasing cinematography and video editing work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant video editing tools.
• Strong understanding of cinematography principles, camera handling, framing, lighting, and audio basics.
• Experience editing short-form content (Reels, Shorts, ads) with a digital-first approach.
• Good understanding of sound syncing, transitions, color correction, and cinematic color grading.
• Knowledge of video trends, storytelling techniques, and modern cinematography styles.
• Basic motion graphics skills are a plus.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
