Video & Image Generation Engineer

As an AI Prompt Developer in the digital marketing field, your role involves developing, optimizing, and maintaining AI prompts for generating high-quality videos and images aligned with brand, marketing, and product requirements. You will be responsible for creating and refining text prompts for AI-based video and image generation tools such as OpenAI, Midjourney, Runway, Pika Labs, and DALLE. Collaboration with design and marketing teams to produce creative visuals for campaigns is essential. Experimenting with different prompt styles, lighting, composition, and storytelling to achieve desired results is a key aspect of your role. Maintaining a prompt library for reuse and training, ensuring brand consistency, and output quality across visuals, as well as evaluating AI model performance and providing feedback for fine-tuning are also part of your responsibilities. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Design, AI/ML, Computer Science, or a related field - Strong understanding of visual design, color theory, and aesthetics - Experience using AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Leonardo.ai, or similar - Creativity with technical problem-solving skills - Excellent command of English for descriptive and creative writing Experience Required: - 13 years in AI-based content generation, graphic design, or digital art creation Additionally, the job requires one headcount and falls under the category of digital marketing.
