We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality videos that showcase our real estate properties, highlight key features, and engage potential clients. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, proficiency in video editing software, and a passion for visually telling compelling stories.

Job Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video footage of residential and commercial properties, emphasizing their unique features and characteristics.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to understand project requirements and goals.
• Must have basic editing skills to understand the workflow.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to enhance video production quality.
• Manage and maintain video equipment to ensure optimal performance and readiness for projects.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with overall brand and marketing strategies.
• Create engaging and shareable video content for various platforms, including social media and property listings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably short content and long content YouTube Format.
• Intermediary in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and marketing strategies is a plus.
