Role Overview

You will be responsible for creating visually compelling videos for eLearning modules, standalone

video content, and other digital assets.

This role requires proficiency in graphic design software, video editing tools, and emerging AI-

based creative technologies to deliver high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand

guidelines and learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Development

• Develop standalone videos and eLearning videos with animations and motion graphics.

• Edit videos by adding voiceovers, subtitles, and music.

• Ensure videos work well on different platforms (LMS, social media, etc.).

AI & Technology Integration

• Use AI tools for image creation, video enhancement, and design automation.

• Explore new technologies to improve design and video quality.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and video editing

software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

• Familiarity with AI-based creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Synthesia, D-ID, etc.).

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and motion design.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and creativity.
