Video Editor/Graphic Designer

As a Senior Team Member, Communications Graphic Design at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating communication material through video editing and graphic design for training material, knowledge products, and campaigns using diverse media. Key Responsibilities: - Edit and produce engaging videos for various platforms such as social media, campaigns, events, and internal communication. - Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and digital assets to support communication efforts. - Trim, edit, and assemble raw footage into polished final videos. - Enhance videos by adding music, dialogues, graphics, and effects as necessary. - Collaborate closely with the communications and project teams to understand content requirements. - Ensure that all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and messaging. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within set deadlines. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in video editing, graphic design, or communications. - Strong visual and creative design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). - Excellent command of English with good communication and presentation abilities. - Sound knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
