About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in video production. The role requires end-to-end ownership of video projects from shooting and filming to editing and post-production.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production: Plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality videos for corporate communications, leadership messages, training modules, events, and social media.
Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished outputs, ensuring strong storytelling, brand consistency, and visual appeal.
Creative Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize video ideas aligned with Crescendo Globals branding and communication strategy.
Technical Execution: Operate and manage camera, lighting, and audio equipment, ensuring professional production standards.

Requirements

3 years of professional experience as a Video Editor & Videographer
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro and Aftereffects)
Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting setups, and audio recording.
Strong understanding of
social media trends and platform-specific video formats
.
Experience in
YouTube content creation, short-form content, or brand videos
preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in corporate shoots
Knowledge of digital and social media video formats.
A creative eye for branding and storytelling.
