As a Video Editor (On-Site) at our company, you will be responsible for editing talking head YouTube videos with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity. Your role will involve understanding YouTube content trends, ensuring smooth transitions, and enhancing videos with relevant elements to keep the audience engaged. Freshers with strong editing skills and creativity are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Edit talking head-style videos for YouTube with smooth transitions and high retention pacing - Enhance content by adding relevant B-roll, text, graphics, memes, music, and sound effects - Trim unwanted pauses, filler words, and maintain an engaging flow - Stay updated on trending YouTube editing styles and formats - Collaborate with the content team for timely delivery and feedback - Ensure brand consistency and storytelling clarity in all videos Qualifications: - Basic to advanced knowledge of editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software - Understanding of YouTube content styles and storytelling techniques - Good listening and comprehension skills in English (spoken English is a plus) - Creativity, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt quickly - Strong sense of timing, visuals, and sound - Portfolio or editing samples showcasing your skills (including personal projects or YouTube videos) - English proficiency is required - Freshers are welcome to apply Location Preference: - Surat-based opportunities only Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers looking to grow in the digital content space.
