At Yesya Media, every frame tells a story. Whether it's a high-energy music video, or a fast-paced reel, our edits are bold, rhythmic, and made to move. As the production house behind OSM Records, we’ve spent years setting beats — now we’re setting trends across YouTube, Instagram, and beyond.

We’re building a sharp, fast, fun team and we’re looking for video editors who can cut to the beat, trim the fluff, and elevate raw footage into scroll-worthy content.

As a video editor, you will —

• Edit videos, reels, interviews, vlogs, and digital content — short-form, long-form, and everything in between.
• Work on post-production from scratch: syncing, trimming, coloring, adding transitions, audio balancing, and mood-setting.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, templates, punchlines, and those little details that make a video pop.
• Collaborate with directors, writers, and the design team to bring concepts to life exactly how they imagined it — or better.
• Understand platform-specific formats (Reels ≠ YouTube ≠ stories ≠ 9:16 life) and edit accordingly.
• Know what works — when to cut fast, when to hold, and when to throw in that whoosh for effect.

Who are you?

• You know your way around Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro (we don’t judge — great edits > expensive tools).
• You’ve edited videos before — passion projects, event after movies, college fests, meme mashups, YouTube experiments… it all counts.
• You understand pacing, music sync, audio layering, and how to make people feel something through a good cut.
• Bonus: If you’ve edited music videos, reels, or influencer-style digital content; we want to see it.
• You care about the craft, not just the software.
• We do not believe in just “cutting” videos; we build narratives, flow, and impact.
