Job Title: Full-Time Video Editor – Instagram Reels & Storytelling

Role Overview

We’re hiring a full-time, on-site Video Editor in Ahmedabad who can turn raw footage into reels that people actually watch, share, and engage with. Someone who understands pacing, emotions, and how to keep a viewer hooked in under a minute.

What You’ll Do

Edit Instagram reels and short-form videos with a strong storytelling approach

Sync visuals with trending audio, dialogues, and music that fit our brand mood

Add text, transitions, and light motion graphics to make edits engaging

Collaborate with our in-house creative team to shape campaign ideas

Work on tight deadlines while delivering polished edits

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience editing reels/short-form content (portfolio required)

Solid sense of pacing, timing, and emotional storytelling

Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools

Awareness of Instagram trends, formats, and retention hooks

Bonus: color grading, sound design, or motion graphics skills
