We’re looking for someone who can bring stories to life visually for our clients and internal brand.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and proactive Video Editor & Videographer to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for our digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing the entire video production process—from pre-shoot planning and filming to post-production and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Videography

• Plan and shoot on-location videos including client interviews, testimonials, facility tours, doctor profiles, and event coverage.
• Set up camera, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots.
• Ensure footage quality with proper framing, lighting, and sound.

Video Editing

• Edit videos for reels, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and ad campaigns.
• Add text overlays, music, transitions, animations, voiceovers, and effects.
• Create short-form and long-form videos depending on platform and purpose.
• Maintain consistent visual style aligned with brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Experience using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting kits, gimbals, and other video equipment.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and audio syncing.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on creative projects.
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media, Film, Communication, or relevant field.
• 1–3 years of professional videography and editing experience.
• Experience in healthcare/hospital/clinic shoots is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio/showreel of past video work is a must.
