Our marketing team works to create impactful content that raises awareness about mental health and promotes our services. We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer and Video Editor to join our team. Job Summary: The Videographer and Video Editor will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing professional videos of our doctors and healthcare staff. The videos will be used for social media marketing, promotional campaigns, and patient education. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and experience in producing high-quality video content. Key Responsibilities: Video Production: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize video ideas aligned with our goals. Shoot high-quality videos featuring doctors and staff in clinical and non-clinical settings. Ensure optimal lighting, sound, and framing during video shoots. Video Editing: Edit raw footage into engaging videos with appropriate transitions, sound effects, and graphics. Create short-form and long-form videos optimized for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Content Optimization: Incorporate captions, subtitles, and branding elements. Ensure videos adhere to brand guidelines and convey key messages effectively. Equipment Management: Operate and maintain video equipment such as cameras, tripods, microphones, and lighting gear. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition. Creative Input: Provide innovative ideas for content creation. Stay updated on video production trends and incorporate them into work. Requirements: Proven experience in video production and editing. Proficiency in video editing software Experience with shooting videos Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and composition. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in creating healthcare-related content is a plus. Familiarity with social media marketing trends and best practices.
