Video Editor

About the Role:

At TrendShout, we don’t just edit videos — we create content that gets shared, remembered, and drives results. We’re looking for a creative Video Editor who understands trends, transitions, sound design, and platform-specific content (especially Reels, Shorts, YouTube, Ads).

Whether it’s a 15-second viral reel or a brand story, your job will be to make it scroll-stopping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality reels, YouTube videos, brand promos, and ad creatives
• Work closely with the content team to bring scripts and raw footage to life
• Use trendy transitions, sound effects, typography, and color grading to match brand tone
• Create motion graphics and text overlays for social media formats
• Edit for platform-specific formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, Facebook, Ads)
• Organize raw files, maintain version control, and deliver within deadlines
• Stay updated with current editing styles, viral trends, and formats

Tools & Software:

• Primary: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender, 3D-Animation
• Preferred: Adobe Audition
• Bonus: Photoshop, Illustrator (for motion design), DaVinci Resolve, Canva (for thumbnails)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong editing portfolio (Reels, Shorts, or YouTube content is a must)
• Knowledge of social media trends, music syncing, and pacing
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver multiple versions if needed
• Basic knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and storytelling
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail
• Prior experience in an agency, production house, or freelancing is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
