Job description 1. First Cut of Episodes & Lineup 2. Reels Editing 3. Uploading Videos/Shorts on YouTube 4. Thumbnail Creation for Shorts 5.Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve. 06.Graphics: Photoshop, Canva, After Effects (basic). 07. Upload & Analytics: YouTube Studio, Social Blade. 08. Design click-worthy thumbnails for YouTube Shorts using tools like Photoshop, Canva, or Premiere Pro. 09. Follow branding guidelines (fonts, colors, logos) for consistency 10. A/B test thumbnail designs to improve CTR (Click-Through Rate).
