The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills and technical proficiency in editing videos for social media, YouTube, ads, events, or corporate projects. You will be responsible for assembling recorded footage, applying artistic techniques, and creating a final video product that aligns with our brand and goals. Key Responsibilities:Edit raw video footage into engaging, high-quality content Add transitions, effects, music, voice-overs, and graphics as needed Work on a wide range of formats: promotional videos, reels, ads, event recaps, interviews, product demos, etc. Collaborate with creative directors, cinematographers, and marketers to understand project goals Maintain brand consistency across all video content Organize and manage media assets and project files Export and optimize videos for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Requirements:Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.) Basic knowledge of sound design, color correction, and motion graphics Good sense of timing, visual awareness, and storytelling Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects Attention to detail and a creative mindset Familiarity with formats and codecs used for different platforms Bonus Skills:Graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator) Animation and motion design Experience with YouTube SEO and social media content trends Camera knowledge or filming experience
