About the Role

We are looking for a creative, disciplined, and technically sound Video Editor & Field Videographer to work with our growing brand on high-quality visual content projects. This role involves both on-ground shooting and professional post-production for documentary-style and brand storytelling content.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, visual storytelling, and working on real-world commercial video projects that contribute to brand growth and digital presence.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Planning and executing professional video shoots as per creative direction
• Visiting multiple locations within Bihar as instructed
• Capturing high-quality footage (cinematic & documentary style)
• Editing raw footage into engaging final videos
• Maintaining consistency in visual quality and storytelling
• Contributing creative ideas for video presentation

Mandatory Requirements

• You must own your own DSLR / Mirrorless camera
• You must have your own lenses and essential shooting equipment
• Prior experience in videography and video editing is required
• Strong understanding of framing, composition, lighting, and movement
• Proficiency in one or more video editing software tools
• Ability to travel frequently for field shoots

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in documentary-style filming
• Experience in brand storytelling or commercial video projects
• Knowledge of cinematic shooting techniques
• Familiarity with on-location shooting environments

Software & Technical Knowledge

Candidates should be comfortable using tools such as:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Final Cut Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• After Effects (optional)
