We are looking for a talented Video Editor to join our team and create engaging, high-quality video content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to turn raw footage into compelling visual output that aligns with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand content.
• Add transitions, sound effects, music, and graphics.
• Color correction, color grading, and audio balancing.
• Cut, trim, and assemble content based on project requirements.

2. Content Creation

• Create short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form videos (property tours, interviews, ads).
• Repurpose long videos into multiple bite-sized clips for different platforms.

3. Graphics & Branding

• Add branded elements such as lower-thirds, titles, intros, outros, and logos.
• Use motion graphics to enhance storytelling.

4. Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing, social media, and content team.
• Understand project briefs and deliver on deadlines.
• Coordinate with videographers during shoots when needed.

5. File Management

• Organize and archive video footage properly.
• Maintain an organized library of templates, effects, and assets.

6. Technical Quality Control

• Ensure videos are exported in the correct format, size, and resolution.
• Review final outputs to ensure there are no errors in audio or visuals.

7. Creative Input

• Suggest new editing styles, video trends, and creative ideas.
• Stay updated with the latest social media video trends.
