Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing & Production

• Edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, internal communication, and events.

• Work closely with the content and marketing teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards.

• Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and music to enhance video content.

• Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all video projects.

• Graphic Design

• Design engaging and on-brand graphics for social media, presentations, digital ads, websites, and print materials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative assets aligned with business objectives.

• Develop brand collaterals, infographics, visual guides, and campaign-specific designs.

• Asset Management

• Maintain a well-organized library of graphic and video assets.

• Stay updated with design and editing trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media Production, or a related field.

• 5-7 years of proven experience in video editing and graphic designing.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator,

Photoshop, InDesign). The proficiency scale should be minimum above 5 out of 10 in

all the softwares.

• Experience in UI/UX design tools.

• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and branding.

• Hands-on experience with motion graphics, animation, and video post-production techniques.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills.

• Experience in social media content creation is must.
