What are we looking for

We need a full-time, Mumbai-based Video Editor (Western Line candidates preferred) who can take

raw footage and spin magic out of it - editing Reels, testimonials, podcasts, memes, and ad creatives

that entertain, educate, and convert.

Responsibilities:

? Edit short-form and long-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and performance ads.

? Add music, subtitles, transitions, animations, and storytelling polish.

? Collaborate with the creative team, scriptwriters, and DOPs to bring stories to life.

? Utilize AI-powered editing/creative tools to optimize efficiency and quality.

? Maintain quick turnaround times without compromising quality.

? Stay updated with trending formats, editing styles, and AI innovations.

? Organize and manage project files effectively.

Requirements:

? 12 years of professional video editing experience.

? Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (mandatory).

? Knowledge of Photoshop (bonus skill).

? Hands-on experience with AI tools for video editing, content enhancement, or automation.

? Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.

? Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining creativity.

? Must be based in Mumbai's Western Line and comfortable working 6 days a week from our

Goregaon West office.

Salary:

Compensation will be based on experience and skill set.
