Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Video Editor with a strong creative vision and technical expertise to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate must be skilled in storytelling, editing promotional content, and creating engaging visual material tailored for the developer lobby and property marketing. Key Responsibilities: · Edit high-quality videos for project launches, walkthroughs, client testimonials, and corporate branding. · Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize video ideas and deliver visual assets aligned with brand goals. · Apply advanced techniques in motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video quality. · Manage end-to-end post-production workflow including color grading, sound editing, and final output. · Ensure timely delivery of multiple ongoing video projects with attention to detail and brand consistency. · Archive and organize raw and edited video files efficiently. Required Skills: · Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects . · Strong command of motion graphics, sound syncing, and color correction. · Excellent storytelling, pacing, and visual composition skills. · Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities. · Prior experience in real estate marketing or similar industry is preferred. Qualifications: · Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience in video editing and post-production. · Portfolio of work demonstrating video production for high-value brands or real estate developers.
