Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist

As a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Artist with a minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience, you will be responsible for motion design, motion graphics, video editing, and graphic design. Agency experience is considered a bonus. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative skills, be a storyteller, listener, and problem solver all in one, with an eye for quality and attention to detail crucial for video editing. Your key responsibilities will include manipulating and editing film pieces seamlessly, understanding production team needs, reviewing shooting scripts and raw materials, creating shot decision lists, trimming footage segments, assembling the film sequence, inputting music, dialogues, graphics, and effects, creating rough and final cuts, ensuring logical sequencing and smooth running, consulting with stakeholders throughout the production to post-production process, and staying updated on new editing technologies and industry best practices. To qualify for this role, you should have a strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, social media concepts, performance ad concepts, or other graphics, along with solid experience in digital technology and editing software packages like Avid Media Composer, LightWorks, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, etc. Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing is desired. Additionally, having experience in Beauty, Lifestyle, FMCG, or E-commerce brands is a plus.
