You will be responsible for developing visually captivating graphics and high-quality videos that effectively communicate the brand message and engage the target audience. - Develop visually appealing graphic designs for various marketing materials such as social media posts, website banners, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials. - Conceptualize, storyboard, and create high-quality videos aligned with the company's brand and marketing objectives. - Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful designs and videos. - Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects) to design and edit graphics and videos with attention to detail. - Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and software advancements to enhance the visual appeal of marketing materials. - Ensure all designs and videos maintain consistency with brand guidelines and effectively convey the desired message. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and incorporate feedback to refine designs and videos. - Handle social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube for graphic and video content. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects). - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. - Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills in graphic design and video editing. - Excellent attention to detail, ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines, and strong communication skills for effective collaboration. - Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and be a team player. - Knowledge of social media platforms and their requirements for graphic and video content is a plus. - A keen eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling, and a passion for creative excellence.
