You will be joining L4 Lavender Media, a dynamic and fast-growing media production company based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Specializing in creative content production, including TV shows, social media videos, advertisements, and branded storytelling, our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality visual experiences to diverse audiences. **Role Overview:** As a Visual Editor, your primary responsibility will be to edit video footage into polished, engaging content for various platforms such as TV, YouTube, and Instagram. You will collaborate with content creators, directors, and the marketing team to ensure the final product meets the desired visual standards and brand guidelines. Managing color correction, sound mixing, and transitions will also be part of your role, requiring you to work within deadlines to deliver timely and consistent content. **Key Responsibilities:** - Edit video footage for multiple platforms - Collaborate with content creators, directors, and the marketing team - Manage color correction, sound mixing, and transitions - Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience as a Video Editor or Visual Editor - Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc. - Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics - Attention to detail and creative flair - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Portfolio of previous editing work is a must You will be based at the L4 Lavender Media Office in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
