Job Title: Video Editor (with Basic Graphic Design Skills) Location: Bangalore Experience Required: Minimum 4 years Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a talented Video Editor to join our Creative Team . Youll be responsible for turning ideas into impactful video content that drives engagement across platforms. Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a must, along with basic graphic design skills for creating supporting assets. You will collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to bring creative concepts to life. Agency experience is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Edit and produce high-quality video content for campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing initiatives. Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for editing and adding motion graphics or visual effects. Work closely with the Creative Team to understand project objectives, brand guidelines, and deliverables. Collaborate on creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for video content. Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high creative standards and meeting deadlines. Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly to achieve the best final product. Keep up with the latest trends in video editing, social media formats and digital storytelling. Requirements: 4+ years of professional experience in video editing. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects . Hands on experience in motion graphics. Basic knowledge of Photoshop , Illustrator , or other graphic design tools. Strong storytelling skills and attention to visual details like pacing, sound, and transitions. Prior experience collaborating with a Creative Team . Agency background is a strong plus. Understanding of different video formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality. A strong portfolio/reel showcasing video editing and basic design work. Preferred Qualifications: Background in a creative or advertising agency. Familiarity with color grading and sound design basics. Skills in simple motion graphics and animation. Strong organizational and communication skills.
