  n, with scope to experiment and grow.

• Research

  trends, formats, and competitor videos to keep our content relevant.
• Explore

  new editing styles, AI tools, and visual effects

  to stay ahead of the curve.
• Assist in

  optimising pacing, formats, and thumbnails

  to drive engagement.
• Learn to deliver within deadlines while

  maintaining creative quality
