You will be joining Marca Creatives, a company dedicated to building and enhancing personal brands for specialists and businesses through personal branding and digital marketing. You will have the opportunity to work on real-world creative projects and receive mentorship in video editing and content creation. **Responsibilities:** - Edit short-form and long-form videos using Adobe Premiere Pro. - Assemble recorded raw footage into polished, engaging content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more. - Add music, transitions, text, and basic effects to bring ideas to life. - Understand the vision and creative direction for each project and translate it into captivating videos. - Contribute fresh ideas for content formats, hooks, and storytelling styles that perform well on digital platforms. - Handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality consistency. - Take feedback constructively and implement changes efficiently. **Requirements:** - Basic working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro. (After Effects or any other software is a plus but not mandatory.) - A passion for content creation, storytelling, and social media trends. - Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and take feedback positively. - Willingness to pick up new skills, styles, and formats quickly. - Available for a full-time, on-site 6-month internship in Vadodara. You will be offered a paid internship with exposure to working on content for social media marketing, personal branding, and digital campaigns. This internship also holds the potential for a full-time role based on your performance.
