Video Editor

As an Editor, your primary responsibility will be to edit raw footage into professional-quality videos using industry-standard software. You will be tasked with adding creative elements such as animations, graphics, and sound effects to enhance the content and ensure it is engaging for the audience. It is vital to stay updated on video trends and social media best practices to produce fresh and impactful content consistently. Additionally, you will be required to ensure that all content meets the brand guidelines and project deadlines. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience as an editor, and a portfolio showcasing your work will be required. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is essential. A strong understanding of Color Grading, composition, lighting, and sound is necessary to deliver high-quality video content. You should possess the ability to bring creative ideas to life while collaborating effectively with team members. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with current social media trends and video formats are crucial for success in this position. Having a positive attitude, a growth mindset, and the ability to work under tight deadlines will be beneficial. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid sick time and paid time off. The work schedule is during the day shift, with the opportunity for a performance bonus. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of total work experience, with specific experience in Color Grading for 1 year. The work location for this role is in person.
