Comprising a diverse group of dedicated individuals from various professional backgrounds, including former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, and public policy professionals, we are united in our objective to make a meaningful contribution to the nation's polity. Position Requirements: - Create compelling video content using original and repurposed footage. - Collaborate with teams to understand their needs and specifications. - Develop, review, and refine scripts and raw material for videos. - Edit footage segments, assemble sequences, and incorporate music, dialogues, graphics, and effects. - Produce rough and final cuts, ensuring logical sequencing and smooth transitions. - Engage with stakeholders from different teams to gather feedback and ensure alignment. - Stay updated on new editing technologies and industry best practices to enhance efficiency. Competencies: - Minimum of 4 years of proven work experience as a video editor. - Proficiency in digital technology and editing software packages such as Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut. - Demonstrated video editing skills with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work. - Familiarity with special effects, animation, 3D, and compositing techniques. - Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities. - A desktop editing machine is mandatory for this role.
