Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to transform raw event media into polished visual content that amplifies ENOUT's brand across digital channels. You'll bring creativity, precision, and storytelling to every projectturning footage from our experiences into high-impact clips, highlight reels, and brand videos that reflect Enout's energy and ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for social media, internal communication, and marketing.
• Create visually compelling highlight reels from event footage that tell a story and showcase Enout's experiences.
• Design and integrate motion graphics, titles, and transitions aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and experience teams to conceptualize and execute video content.
• Maintain organized project files and manage multiple video timelines efficiently.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality standards across all visual assets.
• Stay updated with digital trends, social media formats, and editing best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (13 years) as a Video Editor, preferably in events, media, or creative agencies.
• Or previous internships/experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio demonstrating editing and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Familiarity with aspect ratios and formats optimized for various social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of sound design and color correction is a plus.
• A creative mindset and passion for bringing brand stories to life visually.
