About the Role: We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. You should possess strong technical skills in video editing software, a keen sense of storytelling, and the capability to transform raw footage into captivating content. Your responsibilities will involve working on projects related to political campaigns, brands, advertisements, social media content, and corporate videos. Key Responsibilities: - Edit and compile recorded raw material to produce a refined final product. - Engage in various projects like political promotional videos, brand advertisements, social media reels, product videos, and event highlights. - Incorporate music, voice-overs, dialogues, graphics, and effects as needed. - Ensure the video's logical sequence and smooth flow. - Collaborate with graphic designers, social media managers, and content writers to achieve cohesive outcomes. - Keep abreast of industry trends, editing styles, and new tools to enhance video quality. - Maintain an organized library of video assets and backups. Requirements: - Demonstrable experience as a Video Editor (portfolio/showreel required). - Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. - Knowledge of graphics and motion design is advantageous. - Strong grasp of social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.). - Ability to thrive under deadlines and adapt to fast-paced projects. - Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail. - Familiarity with political content and branding is a bonus.
