Video Editor & Compositor

About the Role:

WOW Animation Studio is looking for a highly creative Compositor who can blend traditional compositing with next-gen AI-driven content creation. The ideal candidate is a fresher but must have strong hands-on experience with modern AI tools for image and video generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in compositing shots for animation, VFX, and mixed-media projects.
• Generate high-quality AI visual content (images, backgrounds, props, elements).
• Create AI-based realistic and stylized video shots using advanced video tools.
• Integrate AI-generated elements seamlessly into final compositions.
• Work closely with the creative direction team to understand scene emotion, storytelling, and visual requirements.
• Maintain proper project file organization, version control, and timely delivery.
• Continuously explore and adapt new AI tools to improve the creative workflow.

Video Generation Tools:

• Veo 3.1

• Hailuo Minimax
• Sora 2
• WAN 2.2
• Runway

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Basic knowledge of compositing tools: After Effects, Nuke (good to have), Fusion, Photoshop.
• Understanding of color grading, lighting, shot matching, and storytelling.
• Ability to refine and upscale AI outputs for production-ready quality.
• Strong sense of creativity, detailing, and visual composition.
• Good communication and positive attitude toward feedback.

Eligibility:

• Freshers are welcome (0–1 year experience).
• Must have a portfolio showing AI-generated work (images + videos).
• Passionate about animation, VFX, and creative storytelling.
