Video Editor

We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor with strong motion graphics expertise to craft engaging, high-performing short-form videos for social platforms—especially Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

You should have a deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual rhythm that keeps audiences hooked and drives engagement.

Responsibilities:

Edit short-form videos optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

Integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and dynamic text animation to enhance storytelling.

Use sound design, SFX, and music to elevate emotional impact and audience retention.

Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts that align with brand tone and campaign goals.

Apply strong narrative sense to create engaging hooks, smooth transitions, and impactful endings.

Analyze performance metrics and refine editing styles to increase watch time, shares, and overall engagement.

Requirements:

Experienced professional video editing experience, ideally focused on short-form or social media content.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, or DaVinci Resolve.

Strong understanding of motion design, typography, and visual storytelling.

Experience with sound design, audio mixing, and SFX integration.

Proven ability to create content that captures attention within the first few seconds and drives views.

Up-to-date with current social media trends, algorithms, and visual styles.

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Nice to Have:

Experience with color grading and LUT creation.

Knowledge of branding and marketing strategy for digital content.

Familiarity with AI tools for video editing or content ideation.
