The ideal candidate should be skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop, with a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics. Key Responsibilities • Edit and produce high-quality videos for YouTube and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) • Create eye-catching thumbnails and promotional assets using Photoshop • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to bring ideas to life through video • Maintain consistent visual style and tone aligned with brand guidelines • Optimize video formats for various platforms and ensure timely publishing • Stay up-to-date with the latest editing trends, social media algorithms, and engagement strategies Preferred candidate profile Requirements • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop (After Effects knowledge is a plus) • Understanding of YouTube content workflows and social media publishing • Excellent attention to detail and storytelling instincts • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and deliver under tight deadlines
