Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
Create ads, social reels, explainers, product videos, event films, and campaign films.
Add motion graphics, text overlays, and visual effects when required.
Ensure sound design, music selection, and colour grading elevate the final output.
Optimise video formats, aspect ratios, and lengths for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, OTT, etc.).
Collaborate closely with the creative, design, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
Stay on top of editing trends, storytelling styles, and platform algorithms.

Requirements

Professional experience in video editing with a strong portfolio.
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Knowledge of colour correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics basics.
Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to adapt tone and style to different brands.
Familiarity with aspect ratios, resolutions, and compression standards for digital publishing.
Ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in 3D/advanced motion graphics.
Skills in basic animation, typography, or visual design.
Experience working in advertising, branding, or agency environments.
