If you're equally skilled at crafting long-form educational content and snappy, engaging social videos, you'll feel right at home here, What Youll Work On: Edit and produce high-quality educational videos (both long-form and short-form), Create scroll-stopping social content YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn clips, Add clear and engaging motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and simple animations, Work closely with our content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and quick turnarounds, What Were Looking For: At least 2 years of hands-on experience editing video content from full-length explainers to bite-sized social clips, Solid grasp of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma (Bonus points if youre familiar with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Final Cut Pro) A natural feel for storytelling, pacing, and transitions you know how to keep viewers engaged, Comfortable tailoring edits for different platforms whether its YouTube tutorials, LinkedIn thought pieces, or Instagram Reels, Working knowledge of audio balancing, subtitles, and optimizing for various formats and screen sizes, Highly organized and dependable you manage your files well, keep track of feedback, and consistently meet deadlines, Extra edge if you've worked with SaaS, tech, or educational content?have a portfolio that reflects clarity and creativity in complex topics, Youre a Great Fit If You: Think strategically about content you edit with purpose, not just style, Take initiative, communicate clearly, and ask the right questions, Care about making complex ideas look clean, clear, and beautiful, Good-to-Have Qualities: Experience editing content for SaaS or AI-based products especially if you've worked with tutorials, onboarding videos, or feature explainers, An eye for design you're not just an editor but someone who understands visual hierarchy, spacing, and branding, Familiarity with tools like Descript, Frameio, or other collaborative video review platforms, Awareness of current video trends, hooks, and formats that perform well on social platforms, Ability to self-manage and multitask across multiple projects and stakeholders, KPI's for Success: Timely delivery of video edits on or before deadlines with minimal revision cycles, High engagement rates on published content especially on YouTube Shorts, Reels, and LinkedIn, Strong internal feedback from content and product teams regarding clarity, creativity, and alignment with brand tone, Effective version control and file management, ensuring assets are always accessible and organized, Ability to consistently turn around short-form edits in 24-48 hours and longer videos within agreed timelines, Sounds like a good fitApply now!
