Location: Pune (Full-time, On-site)

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our growing team at Arise Digital Solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of visual storytelling and experience in editing video content across various formats and platforms. From reels and brand videos to ad campaigns and corporate promos — your work will bring our clients’ stories to life.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media, websites, and campaigns.
• Create engaging motion graphics, intros, outros, and transitions.
• Add sound effects, background music, voiceovers, and captions as needed.
• Collaborate with content teams to understand project goals and deliver compelling visual content.
• Maintain an organized video library and project files.
• Ensure final outputs meet quality standards and platform specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, tools, and storytelling techniques.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Experience in motion graphics, color correction, and audio mixing.
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Understanding of social media video formats and platform-specific content styles.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing or a similar role. Talented freshers with strong portfolios/showreels are encouraged to apply.
