Role Overview

We are looking for a Video Editor and Motion Creative who can think, cut, design, animate, shoot, and bring brand stories to life. This is not a narrow editing job. This is for someone who lives inside Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci, and a camera lens with equal comfort. Someone who understands pace, rhythm, color, sound, and emotion.

You will own the entire video output for CentAI across social, brand films, performance marketing, doctor explainers, patient stories, and thought leadership. You will work with the Brand and Content Lead to build CentAI's visual universe and create content that educates, moves, and inspires.

This is a creator role, not a mechanical editing role.

What You Will Create

• High quality short form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X

• Motion graphics and animated explainers that simplify complex medical and AI concepts

• Brand videos, campaign edits, and social storytelling pieces

• Fast turn around clips for performance marketing

• Hero edits for key brand moments and milestone launches

• Visual identities and video styles that become CentAI's signature look

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high quality branded videos with strong pacing, narrative flow, and emotional clarity

• Create motion graphics, text animations, and visual explainers

• Shoot short form and social content when required, both on mobile and camera

• Build and maintain CentAI's visual style across formats and channels

• Collaborate with the brand and content team on scripts, storyboards, and creative direction

• Manage multiple edits at once with tight timelines and high output quality

• Stay plugged into global content trends and push CentAI's creative standards forward

Ideal Background

• 3 to 4 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or digital content creation

• Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and basic design tools

• Ability to shoot short content with good visual composition and sound sense

• A reel that shows taste, storytelling instinct, rhythm control, and originality

• Experience working with D2C, tech, health, or high speed content teams is a plus

• Someone who is obsessed with craft and not afraid to push creative boundaries
