What youll do:

• Edit everything from reels that people watch on mute to ads they skip after 5 seconds
• Experiment with AI tools (and explain to us why they sometimes look cursed)
• Collaborate with our team of filmmakers who think final_v3_last_last_FINAL is a legit file name
• Must have own system to work on

What we expect:

• Strong editing chops (Premiere/Resolve After Effects is bonus brownie points)
• Curiosity to mess with AI workflows until something cool happens
• A sense of humour, deadlines will test it
• A portfolio/reel that proves you can do more than add stock transitions
