As a highly skilled and creative Cameraman/Video Editor in Wayanad, your role involves operating and managing professional video equipment, primarily the Sony A7S3 camera, and utilizing the Ronin 6s3 gimbal to capture smooth, cinematic-quality footage. You will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing various types of content, including events, corporate films, promotional videos, and social media assets, using Final Cut Pro (FCP) with proficiency in color correction, audio synchronization, and post-production enhancements. Collaboration with internal teams to interpret creative briefs and staying updated on industry trends are crucial aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and manage professional video equipment, primarily the Sony A7S3 camera. - Utilize Ronin 6s3 gimbal to capture smooth, cinematic-quality footage. - Plan, shoot, and edit a variety of content, including events, corporate films, promotional videos, and social media assets. - Edit video projects using Final Cut Pro (FCP) with proficiency in color correction, audio synchronization, and post-production enhancements. - Collaborate with internal teams to interpret creative briefs and execute concepts effectively. - Maintain equipment inventory, ensuring all gear is in optimal condition. - Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into video production. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience as a Cameraman/Video Editor or in a similar role. - Hands-on knowledge of Sony A7S3 camera operations and Ronin 6s3 gimbal handling. - Strong proficiency in Final Cut Pro (FCP); familiarity with other editing software is advantageous. - Solid understanding of cinematography principles, lighting, and sound integration. - Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills. - Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. - Bachelors/Diploma in Film, Media, Communication, or related field (preferred).
