Key Responsibilities

• Assist in shoot setup (lights, audio, camera, production gear).
• Operate cameras under guidance for reels, BTS, interviews, and live events.
• Support senior editors with basic editing, syncing, rough cuts, and asset management.
• Handle data management copying footage, organising drives, and maintaining backups.
• Participate in brainstorming for shoots, concepts, and short-form content ideas.
• Assist in managing project timelines and on-ground coordination.
  

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and audio equipment.
• Understanding of social media content formats (reels, shorts, etc.).
• Strong willingness to learn on set and take initiative.
• Good sense of timing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
  

(Bonus if you know After Effects, colour grading, or have handled multi-cam shoots.)
