Video Editing Intern

As an intern at our Kochi office, near Holiday Inn, you will have the opportunity to be a part of building Indian Opinions" multi-platform content network. You will be responsible for turning raw footage into engaging videos that align with our editorial vision and platform requirements. With direct mentoring, you will play a key role in shaping a channel from scratch. **Key Responsibilities:** - Edit and sequence footage to enhance clarity, pacing, and narrative. - Incorporate music, dialogue, graphics, and effects to create compelling videos. - Deliver rough and final cuts within specified deadlines. - Ensure that all videos meet the technical standards of each platform. - Stay updated with emerging editing tools and formats. - Suggest and implement innovative visual styles to captivate our audience. **Qualifications Required:** - No formal degree is required; a strong drive to learn and master video editing is essential. - Prior experience in editing for YouTube or similar digital platforms. - Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut. - Basic skills in Adobe Suite for creating thumbnails, GIFs, and simple 2-D animation would be beneficial. - A portfolio showcasing a wide stylistic range and a collaborative attitude.
