Job Summary

WeWebCatalyst, a results-driven Digital Marketing Agency, is seeking a highly skilled Video Editor cum Videographer to join our team immediately. This crucial full-time, in-office role requires expertise across the entire video production pipeline—from creative cinematography to advanced post-production.

Immediate joining (within 3-7 days) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

You will be the lead production specialist, creating high-impact video content for social media, paid advertising, and corporate branding.

1. Technical Production & Editing

• Expert Editing: Efficiently utilize Adobe Premiere Pro for rapid, professional video assembly and final output.
• Motion Graphics: Design and integrate dynamic motion graphics, and kinetic typography using Adobe After Effects.
• Visual Assets: Use Adobe Photoshop to prepare graphics, overlays, and other visual assets for seamless integration into video projects.
• Platform Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for specific digital platforms (Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn) and meets performance marketing criteria.

2. Cinematography & Shooting

• Camera Handling: Demonstrate exceptional skill in Camera Handling, including operating professional DSLR/Mirrorless equipment, managing technical settings, and ensuring stable footage.
• Cinematography: Apply strong knowledge of Cinematography principles (composition, lighting, framing, movement) to produce high-quality, visually consistent raw footage.
• On-Site Production: Independently manage lighting, sound recording, and creative direction during shoots (e.g., corporate testimonials, product demos).

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of proven professional experience in video production/editing, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Expert Proficiency is Required in the following Tools:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Must possess advanced practical skills in Camera Handling and Cinematography.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative editing and high-quality shooting work.
• Must be available to join full-time (in-office) in Kochi within 3–7 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
