Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and curating collections based on seasonal trends
• Recommend styles, fabrics, and color palettes
• Engage with customers and help them with styling advice
• Manage sales operations and daily boutique tasks
• Coordinate customer orders, fittings, and deliveries
• Maintain store display aesthetics

Skills & Qualifications:

• Creative mindset with a passion for fashion
• Good knowledge of fabrics, colors, and design trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
