Video Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Video Conceptualization & Production
• Create engaging video ads, reels, shorts, product demos, testimonials, and explainer videos tailored for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and marketing teams to translate campaign briefs into compelling video content.
• Video Editing
• Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality deliverables
• Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, OTT, etc.).
• Performance-Driven Video Creation
• Develop video creatives that drive clicks, conversions, and brand recall.
• Work closely with performance marketing teams to adapt videos based on campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
• Experiment with new formats (reels, carousels, interactive ads) to stay ahead of trends.
• Brand Storytelling
• Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
• Produce videos that balance storytelling with performance marketing objectives.
• Collaboration & Innovation
• Brainstorm and share fresh video ideas aligned with campaign goals and cultural trends.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketers for cross-functional campaign delivery.

Requirements

• 1-5 yrs experience as a Video Editor / Video Designer. Marketing Agency experience is preferred
• Strong portfolio showcasing ads, reels, social media content, and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (or similar tools).
• Knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and video optimization for web and social media.
• Understanding of digital advertising formats (Meta, YouTube, Google Ads).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail, aesthetics, and storytelling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
