Job Summary:
We are hiring a Video Creator & Editor for the GPDE Digital Media Project. This role involves creating short videos, field coverage, interviews, reels, and performing basic to intermediate editing for YouTube and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Shoot short videos, interviews and ground stories
Create reels/shorts for YouTube, Instagram and Facebook
Edit videos using basic tools (CapCut, VN, Filmora, Premiere)
Add captions, transitions, simple text overlays
Coordinate with district teams for content requirements
Deliver edited videos within daily deadlines
Maintain a library of raw and edited content

Skills Required:

Smartphone video shooting skills
Basic editing (CapCut/VN/Filmora)
Creativity in storytelling
Social media understanding
Ability to travel occasionally for coverage

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000/month + incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,073.79 - ₹31,447.24 per month
