As an AI-powered digital experiences company, we are looking for a Video Editor to join our team in Pune (hybrid possible). You will play a crucial role in transforming briefs and raw material into engaging video content. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment without compromising on attention to detail, this role is for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Edit and produce short-form videos for social media, campaigns, events, and brand storytelling - Edit talks, interviews, product walk-throughs, and behind-the-scenes content - Create simple motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and transitions - Collaborate with marketing and design teams to enhance narrative, structure, and key messages - Capture footage in the Pune office or at events as required - Utilize AI tools for transcripts, rough cuts, idea generation, and versioning - Maintain a library of templates, presets, and project structures for quick turnaround times - Prepare exports tailored to different channels and formats **Qualifications Required:** - Hands-on experience with tools like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar - A strong showreel demonstrating proficiency in both pace and storytelling - Familiarity with color correction, audio cleanup, and basic sound design - Ability to interpret briefs, ask relevant questions, propose solutions, and meet deadlines - Experience in creating content for social media platforms and understanding audience behavior - Interest in exploring AI tools for video editing and a willingness to experiment with them **Nice to Have:** - Experience in shooting video using DSLR or mirrorless cameras - Interest in motion design beyond text and logo animation In addition to the exciting work you will be involved in, you can look forward to having clear ownership of video output for our growing AI and digital practice.
